Dr. Bettye Holmes Smith

Dr. Bettye Holmes Smith is the Founder and CEO of SBK2 Leadership Consulting, LLC.  She is an award-winning inspirational leader, motivational speaker, published author, and high-level change agent with superior organizational leadership, development, and transformation skills.  She launched SBK2 Leadership after a rewarding career as a corporate executive, strategic partner, and major contributor for Lockheed Martin and other Fortune 500 companies.  She earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Leadership from Anderson University, a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College. 

Dr. Smith has received numerous industry and corporate awards for excellence in leadership.  In 2024, she was a nominee for the Maryland BaaM (Business as a Ministry) Award, which recognizes Maryland business leaders who exemplify excellence in biblical stewardship and faith-driven leadership in the workplace. She has also written and published two books: Trusting God When Seasons Change and The ABCs of Inspirational Leadership.
